I created Namu in 2016 with love towards plant-made food. It is all about sharing delicious and, at the same time, healthy food. Everything in our kitchen is plant made, vegan, mostly raw food in order to preserve benefits from each ingredient. We do not use animal products, gluten (wheat), refined sugar or oil, nor table salt.
I think a healthy lifestyle is the fundament of our well-being. By opening a vegan cafe, sharing plant-based recipes and personal experiences, I am longing to create a little spark of joy in your daily life.
