Namu Plant-based Diet - designed to cleanse the body and restore acid-alkaline balance. With this diet you take care of your skin, restful sleep and general immunity and health.

Vegetables, nuts, legumes and fruits are mainly taken during the diet. The diet does not include meat, fish, seafood, dairy products, eggs, wheat, sugar and alcohol.

Day plan:
Breakfast - cold pressed juice.
Late breakfast - granola in plant-based sour-milk.
Dinner - various main courses and desserts.
Dinner - plant milk or kombucha.

Different dishes may contain certain allergens. Allergens: nuts, oats, sesame, peanuts, celery, soy, mustard.
