  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil

Cream

  • ½ cup plant milk (coconut, almond or soya)
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • Vanilla extract
  • ¾ Tbsp starch
  • 2 Tbsp water

Instructions:

  • Cut the head of the apple and cut out the heart to make a hole
  • Mix in a bowl all ingredients for filling
  • Put the filling in the ​​apples
  • Bake at 180 degrees (in a preheated oven) for 15 minutes or until soft
  • For the cream - dissolve the starch in cold water and cook with the rest of the ingredients to thicken
