Baked Apple

Ingredients:
- 3 apples
Filling
- ½ cup oats
- 2 Tbsp coconut flakes
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp coconut oil
Cream
- ½ cup plant milk (coconut, almond or soya)
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- Vanilla extract
- ¾ Tbsp starch
- 2 Tbsp water
Instructions:
- Cut the head of the apple and cut out the heart to make a hole
- Mix in a bowl all ingredients for filling
- Put the filling in the apples
- Bake at 180 degrees (in a preheated oven) for 15 minutes or until soft
- For the cream - dissolve the starch in cold water and cook with the rest of the ingredients to thicken
- Pour the cream over the baked apples and enjoy
