You can prepare blueberry smoothie in two ways:
- Sweet smoothie - idea for kids and sweet lovers. It tastes as good as it looks.
- Protein Smoothie – This protein-packed drink is perfect for post-workout, beautiful muscles and skin.
Option 1: Sweet smoothie
- 200g coconut milk
- 100g banana (frozen)
- 100g blueberries (frozen)
- 1 Tbsp sweetener (maple syrup or agave)
Option 2: Protein Smoothie
- 200g soya milk
- 100g tofu
- 100g blueberries (frozen)

Instructions:
Preparing this creamy, nutritious and refreshing drink is super easy - just blend a few ingredients and it's ready.
It is best to use frozen fruits to prepare smoothies. In this way, the fruit will thicken better, and the drink will have a cooling effect. If you plan to prepare the smoothie in the morning, it is better to leave the fruit in the freezer overnight.
To make a smoothie, just blend all the ingredients together and that's it. Enjoy.
