Warming, aromatic, and full of benefits, they\u2019ve been used for centuries to balance doshas, support digestion, and strengthen immunity.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"320\" data-end=\"708\">As I have predominantlly vata imbalance, lately, I\u2019ve been infusing cloves in water overnight and drinking it first thing in the morning. It\u2019s become my favourite winter ritual\u2014gentle, warming, and incredibly refreshing.
