What is special about Namu products?
Namu products are plant-based, do not contain refined sugar, refined oils, animal products, wheat (gluten), table salt (we use only Himalayan or sea salt). Most of our products are raw, meaning they are made below 42 degrees Celsius ensuring all the nutrients are kept.
How in advance should I order?
Ideally, the order should come 24 hours in advance.
Can I cancel my order?
Sure, you can make a cancelation 48 hours before your order is scheduled.
Can I pick up myself?
Sure, you can come to us to pick up your order.
Do you have delivery service?
Sure, we have delivery service and please find below the prices:

- გარეუბნები – free for orders 100 GEL or above.
- Tbilisi suburbs – – 5 ლარი 50-99 ლარის ფარგლებში შეკვეთისას.
- Tbilisi suburbs – – 10 ლარი 50 ლარამდე შეკვეთისას.
When will I receive my order?
The order will come to you within 24 hours. If we have ready all listed items, it will be with you shortly after ordering.
Can I change the delivery address?
Yes, let us know the changes.
Can you send me the products in regions?
Yes, we can send by post Namu products in regions. Please note, we can ship only certain products, talk to us for details.
Can you change some ingredients in product?
Yes, let us know your allergies, restrictions and we will try to work out with the substitute.
Can you write/draw something on the cake?
Yes, we can decorate cakes for special occasions.
