Ingredients:

150 g of water
10 g of oats
½ pc. Avocado
½ pc. Apple
½ pc. Cucumber
1 cm ginger
Zest and juice of ½ lemon

Instructions:

Blend all the ingredients together in a blender and serve.
If you want it very cold, use less water and add ice cubes. Also, for a sweeter option, you can add 2 pieces of soaked, pitted dates.
Unlike juice, smoothies contain fibre, which is very beneficial for our microbiome.
