Ingredients:

Dry ingredients:
  • 250g millet flour (milled millet grains)
  • 2 Tbsp flax (milled)
  • ½ tsp Himalayan salt
  • ½ tsp baking powder
 
Wet ingredients:
  • 200g soya milk
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions:

  • Mix the dry ingredients together
  • Mix the wet ingredients separately
  • Finally, pour the liquid over the dry ingredients and knead the dough
  • Rest the dough for 15 minutes
  • Brush the form with oil
  • Preheat the oven
  • Bake at 180-200 degrees for 1 hour
  • Allow to cool before cutting.
