Ingredients:
Dry ingredients:
- 250g millet flour (milled millet grains)
- 2 Tbsp flax (milled)
- ½ tsp Himalayan salt
- ½ tsp baking powder
Wet ingredients:
- 200g soya milk
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions:
- Mix the dry ingredients together
- Mix the wet ingredients separately
- Finally, pour the liquid over the dry ingredients and knead the dough
- Rest the dough for 15 minutes
- Brush the form with oil
- Preheat the oven
- Bake at 180-200 degrees for 1 hour
- Allow to cool before cutting.
