Ingredients:

250g red hot pepper
50g walnuts
1 clove of garlic
1 tsp. dry coriander
1 tsp. fenugreek powder
1 tsp. marigold powder
1 tsp. Himalayan salt

Instructions:

Cut the red hot pepper in half and remove the seeds. Cut into large pieces and process in a food processor with all the ingredients until you get a uniform mass.
Pour into a jar and store in the refrigerator.
You can mix it with mayonnaise, tahini or olive oil and you will get a very aromatic dressing. It is also ideal for cooking.
